Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Boost Claims (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website and submit a request through our questionnaire (the “Services”). Boost Claims is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a paid advertising and lead-generation service whose purpose is to connect people who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents with independent attorneys and legal service providers who may be able to assist them. We do not pre-screen, evaluate, or guarantee the outcome of any claim.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you complete our questionnaire, we collect the information you submit, including your name, telephone number, email address, and details about your potential claim (such as the type of accident, when it occurred, whether you were injured, and whether you are already represented).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Services, we and our partners may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and advertising identifiers. We collect this information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies, including analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (e.g., the Meta/Facebook Pixel).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with one or more attorneys or legal service providers;
- To contact you (by phone, text message, or email) about your inquiry;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To measure and optimize our advertising campaigns;
- To detect and prevent fraud and to comply with applicable law.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share the information you submit with one or more independent attorneys, law firms, or legal service providers so they may contact you about your potential claim. Once your information is shared, those recipients are independent third parties that operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they use your information.
We may also share information:
- With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, communications, and analytics providers);
- With advertising and measurement partners (e.g., Meta and Google) to deliver and measure advertising;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and
- When required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
Because our service is funded by the attorneys and law firms we connect you with, our sharing of your information may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You may opt out as described in Section 6.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting your information, you provide your prior express written consent for Boost Claims and one or more independent attorneys, law firms, or their agents to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, text/SMS message, and email — regarding your potential claim and related services, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving legal services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may revoke consent as described in Section 6.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly as a result. You can also opt out of certain interest-based advertising through your device or platform settings and through industry tools such as the DAA and NAI opt-out pages.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@boostclaims.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Links and Sites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including attorney and law firm websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
