Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this cost?

Nothing. The claim review survey is 100% free and there is no obligation to move forward. If you decide to hire a law firm, most personal injury attorneys work on a contingency fee — meaning they are paid only if they recover money for you — but any fees and costs are set by that firm, and you should ask them directly before signing anything.

Is BoostClaims a law firm?

No. BoostClaims is an advertising and lead generation service — we are not a law firm, not attorneys, and not a lawyer referral service. We do not give legal advice or evaluate the merits of your case. We collect your answers and connect you with participating law firms who can review your situation. No attorney–client relationship is created by using this website.

What happens after I submit the survey?

Your answers go to participating law firms and partners who handle cases like yours. If your situation looks like a fit, someone will reach out by phone, text, or email — whichever you chose — usually within one business day. You are never obligated to hire anyone who contacts you.

How long do I have to file a claim?

Every state sets a deadline called a statute of limitations, and for injury claims it can be as short as one or two years from the date of the incident — sometimes less for claims against a government entity. Once it passes, your claim may be barred permanently. Because these deadlines vary and only an attorney can tell you which applies to you, it is worth checking sooner rather than later.

What do you do with my information?

We share — and in many cases sell — the information you submit, including your contact details and the injury details you provide, to participating law firms and marketing partners so they can respond to your inquiry. That is how this free service is paid for. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time.

Do I still qualify if I was partly at fault?

Possibly. Many states allow injured people to recover compensation even when they share some of the blame, though the rules differ significantly from state to state. Do not assume you are disqualified — that is exactly the kind of question an attorney can answer after reviewing what happened.

How long does the survey take?

About two minutes. We ask what type of injury happened, roughly when and where it occurred, whether you were treated, and how to reach you. There are no trick questions and you can stop at any point.

How do I stop being contacted?

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, tell any caller you want to be removed, or email jimmy@boostclaims.com and we will remove you from further contact and honor your privacy rights.
