Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Boost Claims is a paid advertising and lead-generation service — not a law firm. To operate our service, we share the information you submit (such as your name, contact details, and accident details) with one or more independent attorneys or law firms, who compensate us. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), and similar state privacy laws, this disclosure of your personal information for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. This page explains your privacy rights and lets you submit a request to opt out, or to access or delete your information.
Your Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information
You have the right to direct Boost Claims to stop selling or sharing your personal information. When you opt out, we will stop disclosing your personal information to attorneys, law firms, and advertising partners for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we will stop “sharing” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Opting out does not delete information you have already submitted, and it does not undo any disclosure that occurred before we received and processed your request. If your information was already shared with an attorney or law firm, that recipient is an independent third party operating under its own privacy policy; to stop their contact you may also need to contact them directly or reply STOP to text messages.
You do not need to create an account to opt out, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require the agent to provide proof of authorization.
Opt Out Automatically with a Browser Privacy Signal (Global Privacy Control)
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal, Boost Claims honors it for that browser or device: we will not load advertising or measurement technologies (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel) on this site, and we treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of the online identifiers those technologies use.
A GPC signal applies to advertising and measurement on the device that sends it. It does not, by itself, withdraw a request you actively choose to submit through our questionnaire — when you submit the questionnaire, you are directing us to share the information you provide with one or more attorneys so they can contact you about your potential claim. To opt out of the sale or sharing of information you have already submitted (such as your name, phone number, and email), or to have it deleted, please submit the request form below or email us.
Your Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to: (1) know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it; (2) request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions; and (3) correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
To submit any of these requests, use the form below or email us at privacy@boostclaims.com. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, with the possibility of an extension).
How We Verify Your Request
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on an access, deletion, or correction request. We do this by matching the information you provide in your request (such as your name, email, and phone number) against the information in our records. We will not use information you provide for verification for any purpose other than verification. Opt-out-of-sale/sharing requests do not require identity verification, but we may deny a request we have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief is fraudulent.
Categories of Information We Collect, Sell, and Share
We collect identifiers (such as your name, telephone number, email address, IP address, and online/advertising identifiers) and information about your potential claim (such as the type of accident, when it occurred, whether you were injured, whether you received medical treatment, and whether you are already represented). Some of this is health-related information you choose to provide.
When you submit our questionnaire, we disclose the identifiers and claim details you provide to independent attorneys and law firms that compensate us — a “sale” or “share” under the CCPA — so they can contact you about your potential claim. You can opt out of the further sale or sharing of this submitted information using the form below or by emailing us. Separately, we “share” online identifiers with advertising and measurement partners (such as Meta) for advertising, unless you have opted out or your browser sends a GPC signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 years of age.
